Prebo Digital is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst.
This role will be responsible for the strategic growth, execution and success of data analysis, data science and User Behavior work across content, UX/UI, CRO.
Responsibilities
CRO:
- Develop and execute UX strategies for clients based on user journey analysis, best practices, customer objectives and A/B Testing
- Strong understanding of user behaviour (online) and how to build user journeys using visual, design and written communication techniques.
- Familiar with using A/B testing platforms (e.g. VWO)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4
Grow Into Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor a Data specialist(s), fostering a high-performance environment.
- Oversee quality assurance of campaign delivery and identify areas for team upskilling.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and ensure team members have access to the latest tools and training.
Data & Analytics Expertise:
- Leverage data from various sources (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, Amazon, Google Sheets, etc.) to gain actionable insights.
- Utilise SQL, Excel/Sheets, Google Big Query and Looker Studio for data analysis and reporting.
- Translate complex data into clear and concise reports for internal and client communication.
- Experience with setting up and troubleshooting measurement solutions (e.g. GA4, enhanced conversion, GTM, FB Pixel, Conversion API, offline conversion import)
- Support teams around reporting infrastructure, pacing overviews and insight gathering
- Custom data projects for clients (e.g. regression models, lead scoring model, forecasts)
Client Management & Strategy:
- Develop and present customised digital marketing strategies to clients, aligned with their business objectives.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding campaign performance, budgets, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Prebo Digital’s broader team to integrate PPC & Data with other marketing channels.
- Represent Prebo Digital as a digital marketing consultant in client meetings.
Process Optimisation & Innovation:
- Analyse, improve, and standardise processes for efficient campaign delivery.
- Champion the adoption of automation tools to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
- Identify and implement new strategies and technologies to enhance client service delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and achieving measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Big Query, SQL, Excel/Sheets, and Looker Studio.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
- Passion for staying current with industry trends and digital marketing innovations.
- Experience implementing automation tools within digital marketing
- Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) projects.
